Classes in Caesarea

We may start new classes in Caesarea in the coming year. Anyone in the Caesarea, Pardes Hana, Or Akiva, Binyamina area interested in Tai Chi lessons, please contact me.

Classes Outside the Dojo

For private classes, classes in the park, or for special seminars (corporate or school seminars, for example), please contact Sifu David Goldstein.

Classes at the Jerusalem Dojo

We have classes at the dojo, which is in Baka in the Gym of the

Ge'ulim Alef Elementary School at 4 Kibutz Galuyot Street

on Monday and Thursday nights (see map, below).

These classes, like all the martial arts classes at the dojo, are taught under the guidance of my teacher Sifu Arthur Gribetz, 6th Dan Black Belt and head of Tora Dojo in Israel. 

Beginner's Class

Monday Nights

 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

with Sifu Arthur Gribetz, and Sifu David Goldstein

Class for intermediate to advanced Yang Style practitioners. The class includes:

  • Yang Short Form​

  • Yang Long Form

  • Yang Sword

  • Push Hands

  • Yang Two-Man Form

  • Chi Gung

 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 

with Sifu David Goldstein

Class for Black Sashes. On any given night the class may include:

  • Yang Long Form​

  • Yang Dao and Jian Swords

  • Wu Style Forms

  • Sun Style Traditional Form

  • Chen Style - movement, forms, ...

  • Applications

  • Great Swimming Dragon 

  • other material

Sifu David's lesson for the evening depends on which students are present and what they are working on.

Thursday Nights

 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

with Sifu Arthur Gribetz, and Sifu David Goldstein

Class for beginning Yang Style practitioners. The class includes:

  • Yang Style Theory

  • Yang Movement Exercises

  • Yang Short Form​

  • Chi Gung

 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

with Sifu David Goldstein

Class for intermediate to advanced Yang Style practitioners. The class includes:

  • Yang Long Form

  • Yang Straight and Broad Swords

  • Push Hands

  • Two-Man Form

 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. 

with Sifu David Goldstein
