This article explores four fundamental qualities or attributes that should be reflected in your Tai Chi practice. It is based on an article I read years ago. When I wanted to link to it from this site I couldn't find it. So I wrote this article based on my notes and memory of that article. Just before publishing the article, however, I found the original. It was written by Dr. Paul Lamm. My article has some additions, so I still think it is a useful read, but you should check out Master Lamm's web site (Taichiforhealthinstitute.org) for a lot of good information.
One of my students asked me to connect Tai Chi to ideas about Rosh HaShana. So this article is for you, Anat.
I have been doing Tai Chi therapy with Seniors and have documented my approach and some of the exercises I do with these students.
